Mark Thacker

Mark Thacker graduated from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Environmental Design. He is a Registered Architect in the State of Texas. He joined Sinclair & Wright Architects in 1996 and was named partner in January, 1998.

Mr. Thacker has extensive experience related to master planning, feasibility studies, and site analysis reports. He has a strong educational background and working knowledge in space planning, circulation, office layout and development, spatial relationships and finish materials. He also has experience in the development of site plans, parking lots, roadways, drainage and landscaping. He has actively coordinated projects involving multi-discipline teams, which include sewer, water, gas and electrical systems, site work, structural and environmental.

Mr. Thacker's interest has been focused towards historical project types, even prior to entering college at Texas A&M University. He is involved in several local organizations which seeks to protect, preserve and promote historic sites and structures.
