High School – New Facility

The new high school facility contains:

District Administration offices

High School Administration offices

A 1,000 seat Auditorium with support facilities

A 850-seat Gymnasium with offices, locker rooms, training room, laundry facilities and a 3,720 SF weight room, an area for filming.

Kitchen with an open commons type cafeteria (a large open space/corridor through the center of the building) and concession stand area.

Viewing area of the gymnasium from the cafeteria and commons area. The viewing area was mainly designed so that people can eat & drink but still watch the game without bringing the food into the gymnasium.

Technology center so the district can film, edit, control and send out information to the other campuses and community programs and events they have filmed (production studio). Also includes a computer class, editing rooms, electronic shop, production studio, receiving & storage of all technology items for the district.

A 2,383 SF library with support facilities such as librarians office, workroom and media room. This facility also has a family/consumer science classrooms which includes a kitchen, apparel and housing/family living area.
