New Police & City Hall Facility

The new facility consists of 8,945 SF for the police department and 4,528 SF for the City Hall. The exterior finish is a metal building, wall panels, brick and standing seam metal roof.

The Police Department will have the following areas:

3 adult holding cells

3 juvenile holding cells

Sallyport

Book-in Area

Squad room large enough for 11 officers

2 interview rooms

large evidence room

Offices for detectives, sergeants, lieutenants, police chief, & secretary

Dispatch office

Records Room

Work Room

Storage Area

Restrooms

The City Hall will have the following areas:

Community Resource office

Utility collections office with drive-thru window

Administrative Secretary offices (2)

Finance Director’s office

City Manager’s office

Building Inspector’s office

Work area

Administrative Break/Conference Room
