Joe D. Boucher graduated in 1978 from Texas Tech University
with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree. Joe joined Sinclair & Wright Architects in April,
2000 as Project Architect. He was named a partner of Sinclair & Wright Architects in January,
2001. He brings extensive experience related to a variety of project types. He has strong
leadership skills required to manage a project design team.

Mr. Boucher is involved in all phases of architectural services. He is personally involved in programming,
preliminary planning and design, drawings and specifications, and construction contract administration. He
has actively coordinated projects involving multi-discipline teams, which include sewer, water, gas and
electrical systems, sitework, structural and environmental.
