Caldwell Auditorium Additions and Renovations
A complete renovation of an existing auditorium, including acoustical wall
treatment, new seating, new lighting and sound systems, new stage rigging and
fire protection sprinklers.
Additional lobby space and restrooms were added along the north side,
sensitively blending with the architectural style of the existing building.
Exterior landscaping included period style lighting, street trees, street furniture
and masonry paving for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
