W.C. Windsor Plaza, Tyler Junior College
This block-long plaza contains directional kiosks, pedestrian pathways, a pool
and fountain, and several outdoor lounge areas. It was designed as a pedestrian
connection between the liberal arts areas and the technical areas of the campus.
In the foreground is a recessed memorial area featuring cascading water around the
perimeter to achieve a sense of solitude.
