Atria Briarcliff Village Retirement Center on Copeland
This project consists of a sixteen-acre master planned community for mature adults. The sixty-two unit
apartment building and five four-plexes completed about half of the total plan.
The apartment building is licensed for assisted living. It is built around an exterior court which is
overlooked by the full-service dining room and the inviting living room. The corridors have a unique
"cathedral ceiling" and indirect lighting design.
The four-plexes are for independent living. Each spacious apartment looks out over a covered patio to the
creek beyond.
