Preservation Master Plan

Sinclair & Wright Architects worked with the First United Methodist Church in Marshall to develop a strategic plan for preservation of their historic facilities located on the Church campus. The methodology utilized for this master preservation plan consisted of five distinct steps: 1) Observations, 2) Recording of Observations, 3) Analysis of Observations, 4) Preservation Recommendations, and 5) Opinion of Probable Alteration / Repair Cost.
